Behind the creations, a passion, that of our head bartender Mickaël Kuhn.
This craftsman of taste has an eye for detail and, like a goldsmith, he likes to dissect, analyze, break down the nuances in order to recompose, embellish, balance and finally sublimate.

Each cocktail is for him a invitation to a personal and intimate journey, appealing to several of our senses, sometimes even bringing us back to distant memories. So each ingredient has its importance because it can perfect our path ...
